Questions from directors
No. A director fills in one short form at the arrangement and sends the obituary and any digital photos. We handle the building, the family support and the printing.
Only people with the passphrase. It goes on the service card, and the family can change it any time. Pages ask search engines not to list them.
The first year is included. After that, the family can keep it up for $79 a year, or for good for $249 once. Either way, they can ask us for a free copy of every photo and memory, any time.
They don't need to be. They tell the stories and send photos however is easiest, even prints in an envelope. We scan prints for $125 per 100 and mail them back. We build it.
Yes. The family gets its own admin area, where they can remove anything at any time. Removed things are hidden, so they can be put back, and we'll delete them for good if the family asks.
Usually about six weeks after the service, once people have had time to share. The family decides when to send it to print.
